As a mortgage loan originator, I enjoyed working with buyers, allowing their homebuying dreams to become a reality. I decided that I wanted a larger role in that process; I wanted to help first time homebuyers make the transition from renting to buying, help people find the right home for their needs, and assist in making real estate part of an individual’s investment portfolio.
When it comes to expertise, I have closed thousands of loans and worked with at least that many real estate professionals along the way – agents, escrow, and title examiners. Most transactions have their own unique set of challenges, challenges I was not afraid to face head-on in search of a win-win solution. I supervised 100 people who were also facing those same challenges. In fact, during the subprime mortgage crisis, I worked on over 1,000 files, helping people navigate through the short sale process with the goal of saving their home. This knowledge has garnered me a 97% success rate for closing short sales or refinancing. It is my job to make sure everything goes right and if something comes up that I don’t know the answer to – I know who to ask. My clients say I am like a dog with a bone! I am tenacious and will get the job done.
That tenacity is evident when I take and market a listing, determine a market value range for a property, or am negotiating for my clients. I am not afraid to do the research and analysis. I would much rather stay up late, making sure that all our “i”s are dotted and “t”s crossed than to have unanswered questions.
That being said, I also bring a level of calm to the transaction and to my clients. I know this can be a stressful time, and I want you to feel secure in understanding the different steps of the transaction and confident in knowing you have made the very best decision with your real estate holdings.

Additional Training and Designations
In additional to the continuing education I obtain each year to maintain my real estate license, I have attained additional education in the following:
- Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) – As a CIPS, I have learned how to help international clients invest in real estate right here in the United States.
- Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) – As A CNE, I have received advanced training in negotiation strategies which result in win-win results for my clients.
